Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how CricUmpire ("the app") handles user information. CricUmpire is a cricket scoring app designed to work fully offline, without any user registration or data collection.

Data We Do NOT Collect
CricUmpire does not collect any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Photos, camera, or microphone data
- Payment or financial information
- Any other personal data
Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The app saves your match data (scores, player names, event logs) to your device's local storage only. This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is not sent to any server
- Is not accessible by the developer
- Can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app
Export Feature
CricUmpire includes an optional feature to export your match data as a JSON file. This export is initiated entirely by you and is shared through your device's own share sheet (e.g. WhatsApp, email). The developer does not receive or have access to any exported data.
Third-Party Services
CricUmpire does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The app does not connect to the internet during normal use.
Children's Privacy
CricUmpire does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, the app is safe for all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the new version will be published at this URL. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
